TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO EACH SERVICE UNLESS OTHER WISE STATED IN AGGREEMENT ONCE AGREED UPON BEFORE SERVICES STARTS AND HAS BEEN SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES. A COMPANY SEAL SHALL BE OBTAINED AND A PHYSICAL COPY OF THE AGREEMENT FOR BOTH PARTIES, (WHITE COPY-CLIENT, YELLOW COPY-OFFICE), TO BE MAILED OR PERSONALLY HANDED TO AT TIME OF SERVICE. A DIGITAL COPY MAY BE SENT AS RECORD OF RECIEPT. IF JUDGEMENT IS NEEDED, THEN PHYSICAL COPY MUST BE PRESENT OF EITHER PARTY. PLEASE PROVIDE BEFORE PHOTOS WITH REQUEST OF SERVICE AND AFTER PHOTOS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM INCASE OF DELAY IN PAYMENT OCCURS. INSPECT ALL WORK PREFORMED.
First cleaning will be full price for Deep Cleaning Service and should start early in the morning between 9-10 am giving services at least 4-8 hrs. depending on size of the area. Some jobs maybe 2-day servicing or requiring 10-12 hrs. to complete. 2-4 service members may be dispatched to home for efficient timing to complete cleaning service within one day.
includes: floors are vacuumed, sweep, and mopped. Kitchen countertops will be cleaned as well as outside of the items on it wiped down, outside of appliances will be cleaned, floors are cleaned, and trash is taken out. Bedroom furniture is dusted, bed made, and floor is cleaned. Bathroom toilet, tub, sink, and shower is sanitized, mirror is cleaned. laundry room sweep and mopped, dusting of appliances.

Bedroom furniture is dusted, bed made, and dirty laundry is taken to laundry room. Bathroom toilet, tub, sink, and shower is sanitized, mirror is cleaned. laundry room sweep and mopped, dusting of appliances, and some clothes may be washed as courteous gestor while cleaning is being performed but is not required in the service.
All duties specified in the description will be performed as initial cleaning standards. Any extra request outside of the listed items will be extra, consisting of more time allotted to perform the duties needed.
Extra service consists of inside oven and fridge, 1 story windows inside and /or outside windows, inside cabinets, baseboards, tile and grout, carpet and/or upholstery cleaning and full-service laundry of wash dry and fold.
MEMBERSHIP AND RETURNING CLIENTS
Returning clients receives 10% discount on repeat services with 6-month membership of committing future scheduling. And 15% off for 1-yr. scheduling with a one-time fee. 6-month membership is an additional $75 one-time payment, and 1-yr membership is $125 one-time fee due at the signing of agreement.
Service plan will be chosen, rather it is Deep Cleaning or Standard Home Maintenace for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plan. A chosen day is pre-set on the calendar. Re-scheduling is available for unseen events of missed services.
With a 6-month and 1-year membership, you receive a 10% or 15% discount of service chosen for your home each visit scheduled before taxes.
Supplies and equipment are included and unlimited scheduling for days that will be currently available at that time.
A 20% discount is available for clients who refer a new client to our company.
The referred client must complete a paid service and you will receive 20% off your next scheduled service.
There are unlimited referrals.
The number of referrals may be banked or credited to a free cleaning.
5 referrals are equal to a free cleaning of up to a 3-bedroom standard cleaning and 7 referrals are equal to a 4-6-bedroom standard cleaning, with a limit of 6-hrs. max available having 2 team members servicing the area.
COVERAGE AREA SERVICE AREA IS TRAVEL TIME UP TO ONE HOUR FROM THE SAN BERNARDINO, CA AREA. AN EXTRA CHARGE IS APPLIED FOR LIMITS EXCEEDING THE COVERAGE ALOTTED.
There are no refunds for work performed. There may be a discount given for work in-completed by tech. We urge the client to inspect the work performed before the tech leaves your home.
Work that is in-complete consist of dirt left behind, streak on counters, mirrors or windows, dust on mentioned areas of standard description of services, un-swept floors, or the usage of mop-water that is dirty. All work should be polished out after cleaned.
Any complaints should be addressed the same day. You may call, text, or e-mail the complaint to the office for correction. Adjustments of discount may be applied before billing or to next scheduled visit.
IF CLIENT HAS CONCERNS OR CLAUSES THEY WOULD LIKE TO HAVE INCLUDED, IT SHOULD BE DONE AT QUOTE OF JOB OR BEFORE COMPLETION.
A agreement will be signed for coverage of your service area to our insurance policy and acknowledgement if service is not paid when completed. This policy covers damage and replacement of broken items during service.
The agreement is required by all clients and may be signed at initial walk through when quoting or before the performance of service.
If not signed, then client is opted-out from holding White Love Cleaning and its employees responsible from un-foreseen damages while services are performed.
In the event that payment is not rendered with-in one day of completed services, a 5-day grace period will be given at a 10% increase of payment due added to total. If payment is not rendered by the 30 days passed, a 20% increase shall be added, and legal steps shall be taken to collect this payment.
All services are available for financing. options of membership with future services balanced out and set payment for its entirety is available. a higher discount or financing can be applied if choosing to finance your services. Inquire about this option to see which plan suits you best. Once chosen, commitment may not be canceled.
